Terms of Service

dmnet lets you connect Instagram and Facebook accounts and automate direct messages and comment replies (for example comment-to-DM, keyword replies, welcome messages and broadcasts). Features may change or improve over time.

You must be able to form a binding contract and must own, or be authorised to manage, the Meta accounts you connect. You are responsible for your account, your login, and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure.

You agree to use dmnet in compliance with all applicable laws and with Meta’s Platform Terms and policies. You must not use dmnet to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass, deceive or mislead, to violate the rights of others, or in any way that could get your or others’ accounts restricted. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you configure.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan limits (such as connected accounts and monthly messages) apply as shown at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

dmnet relies on Meta, Razorpay and other providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policy decisions made by these third parties, including any action Meta takes on your connected accounts.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dmnet is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or accounts arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using dmnet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to dmnet, other users, or Meta’s platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
