dmnet (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an Instagram and Facebook direct-message automation service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using dmnet you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account details. When you sign up we collect your name, email, phone number and address, so we can create and secure your account and contact you.
Connected Meta accounts. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we receive your Page/Instagram ID, username, profile picture and an access token issued by Meta. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to operate the automations you set up.
Messaging activity. To run your automations we process incoming comments and direct messages on your connected accounts (sender ID, message text and timestamps) and the replies we send on your behalf. We keep limited message logs so you can review automation history.
Billing. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We store your plan and payment status, not your card details.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate the service — connecting your accounts, running your automations, sending replies, showing analytics and message history, processing subscriptions, providing support, and keeping the platform secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your messages for advertising.
3. Meta Platform data
Our use of data obtained through the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We only request the permissions needed to operate your automations, store tokens encrypted, and revoke access when you disconnect an account or delete your data.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run dmnet: Meta (to send/receive messages on your behalf), Razorpay (payments), our SMS/WhatsApp provider (login OTP), and our hosting provider. Each processes data solely to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any Meta account at any time from the dashboard, which removes its stored token. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data — see our Data Deletion page.
6. Security
Access tokens are encrypted at rest, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, and withdraw consent by disconnecting accounts or closing your account. Contact us for any request.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
